The hotel is conveniently located near the famous BMW museum, making it a great choice for car enthusiasts. The bus station is also just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city center. Although it may not be in the main food area, there are plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, with comfortable corner couches and ample storage space.

The level of service when it comes to fixing issues, such as broken air conditioners, could be improved.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect for us as we were traveling with a car. We were able to park at the hotel without any extra charge, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the U-Bahn made navigating through the city very convenient. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable double bed and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. We particularly loved the attention to detail, such as the variety of creams, shampoos, and other toiletries provided in the room. Lastly, the breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide range of options to suit everyone's tastes, including vegetarians and vegans.

We did encounter a minor issue during our stay, as the air conditioning in the first room we were assigned was not working. However, the hotel staff quickly addressed the problem and offered us an alternative room which had a functioning air conditioning system.
